Leadership skills are of critical importance to the Island’s future prosperity on a global scale. The JIBS Annual Leadership Forum enables delegates to raise their game and fine tune their skill base through provision of information and critical analysis with world leaders.

Extend your own limits of personal motivation and challenge yourself by taking inspiration from keynote speaker, Sir Ranulph Fiennes OBE, “The World’s Greatest Living Explorer” (Guinness Book of Records)

  • First to reach both Poles.
  • First to cross the Antarctic and Arctic Ocean.
  • First to circumnavigate the world along its polar axis (with Charles Burton).

Bird on Bird

IMG_0018 John Bird 2“... my message is simple: It’s about motivation, leadership, drive, learning from your mistakes, and turning rejection into something positive. I have been homeless, an offender, and an addict. Yet I’ve achieved more than many who started life with more advantages than me. I am now ready to help other people to realise their goals.”

From the initial launch of the Directors Convention in 2010, the event focus has been redefined in response to ongoing economic change to provide inspiration and direction for today’s high performing leaders.
