HR Leadership and Influence

Jersey International Business School invites you to attend its second HR Forum. The theme is ‘HR Leadership and Influence’. We will explore and consider how HR Leaders can develop credibility in order to influence organisational leadership and to therefore influence the joining up of HR activities (Management Development/training) to organisational strategy.

This event is suitable for Senior HR practitioners who have responsibility for the HR agenda within their organisations.

Guest Speaker

Judy Denham

Judy’s consultancy, coaching and training work focuses on helping managers to clarify their roles and to develop their own management competencies in delivering business goals through the performance of their people. She has lived and worked in countries throughout the Middle East and South East Asia for a range of clients, including two international banks and a telecoms joint venture. Back in the UK, after completing a MSc in Management Development and Organisational Change, Judy worked within the UK University Sector at both senior management level and as a consultant.

An active business researcher, she has used these skills to benchmark recruitment practices, to inform organisational development, training and development strategies and to undertake course development feasibility studies.
