Understanding enables managers to be proactive with their team.

What?

Stress is a habit that grows and can lead to self-medication with caffeine, sugar, alcohol... a new study has also revealed that 1 in 30 UK employees test positive for illegal drugs at any one time at work.

Do you know why you have:

  • Weight gain around the middle?
  • Foggy thinking and memory lapses?
  • Irritability and can't cope with looming deadlines?
