This workshop aims to give a solid understanding of what stress is together with its implications to the health of your workforce.
It will introduce strategies to identify stress in others and provide tools to offer support without stigma or intrusion.
It will offer learning through personal understanding – assessing your own stress levels.
Why?Understanding enables managers to be proactive with their team.
Stress is a habit that grows and can lead to self-medication with caffeine, sugar, alcohol... a new study has also revealed that 1 in 30 UK employees test positive for illegal drugs at any one time at work.
